There are many different versions of Microsoft PowerPoint available. It is important that the PowerPoint you present will look just like the PowerPoint you created on your computer. Following the steps below will ensure that your presentation appears correctly no matter what computer you will be presenting on. The computer your present on doesn't even have to have a version of PowerPoint on it! The steps below will create a PowerPoint viewer that can be run on any computer.

1. Create your PowerPoint presentation

2. Select File - Package for CD... |
3. Select Copy to CD or Copy to Folder (Copy to Folder can be used to store your presentation on a USB Flash Drive) |
4. Insert CD or USB Flash Drive into the presentation computer and play your PowerPoint. |
